Production Analyst – Commercial Real Estate Debt and Equity

Opportunity Summary - Greenville, SC
The Production Analyst will play a critical role in the support of the origination team and will have outstanding opportunity for growth. The analyst will be exposed to all sides of a commercial real estate transaction and will support the production team from start to finish in the commercial real estate finance process. Critical duties will include:
Financial analysis and modeling of commercial real estate properties
Market research and compiling market data
Assist in the preparation of debt / equity offering memorandums
Assist in all aspects of deal processing from initial loan sizing through the closing of the loan
Communicate with clients and capital sources and maintain a high-level of customer service
When needed, travel to perform site inspections of commercial real estate properties
Participate in weekly production meetings to help efficiently process deal flow and client needs
Attend industry events associated with commercial real estate and trade organizations
Other duties as assigned to facilitate a full teamwork environment
Tools Needed to Be Successful
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
Knowledge of cash flow analysis and exposure to commercial real estate preferred
Advanced experience in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing with all levels of an organization.
Education and Experience Needed
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related business field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
1-3 years of work experience in commercial real estate or financial analysis preferred
