Our client purchased 3 properties, and we were able to source one loan collateralizing the entire portfolio. By grouping all three properties into one loan, Aline Capital was able to source a 5-year, non-recourse Agency loan funding 70% of the purchase price at a 5.51% rate. This loan also included 2 years of interest only payments and is based on a 30-year amortization. We are proud to say that we were able to incorporate a 1031 investor and include the SC Property Tax Abatement for Affordable Housing while meeting the timeline of our client’s contract period. Through this Affordable Housing initiative, our client will provide quality workforce housing units throughout the community, and we are thrilled to have been a part of this.
