Transaction Details:

Aline Capital is pleased to announce the closing of an acquisition loan for a 68,000 SF Class A office building in Wilmington, NC. As liquidity for Class A office assets in tertiary markets is scarce, Aline secured attractive terms by leveraging their network to partner with a new lender to provide credit for the acquisition. The lender provided 65% of the purchase price at a competitive rate with a 25-year amortization, with no prepayment penalty for the entire loan term. Aline is very proud to have executed this trade in such a challenging environment.
