Aline Capital’s Industrial Team is pleased to announce the closing of 12.3 acres along Highway 243 in Townville, South Carolina.
Matthew Childers represented the buyer, a local investor and developer, in the acquisition. The property offers access to Lake Hartwell and was purchased for future development. Shelley Croft of Keller Williams represented the seller.
The transaction grew out of an existing relationship between Childers and the buyer, which began through another industrial opportunity and ultimately led to Aline Capital representing the client on this land acquisition.
