Aline was able to finance the acquisition three years ago for the Sponsors and after executing the business plan, sourced a cash-out refi to continue to improve the property while providing strong cash flow on the go forward. The non-recourse loan was structured with 5 years of interest only on a 30-year amortization at a rate of 5.70%, which we were able to obtain while maximizing proceeds.
